Buyer’s agent · Toronto & the GTA
Let’s find where you land.
I’m Ruta, a buyer-focused REALTOR® for people who are new to the GTA, new to buying, or simply ready for the next nest. I’ll teach you the cities, shortlist the streets and get you the keys. Bird jokes included at no extra cost.

Three ways in.
Everyone lands differently. Pick the path that sounds most like you and I'll take it from there.
Know the GTA before you pick a street.
The Greater Toronto Area is really fifteen cities wearing a trench coat. Here's the tour: honest prices, real commute times and my two cents on each.
Torn between two? Compare them side by side.
Prices, commutes, schools, green space, vibe, and the honest differences between any two GTA cities.
How this goes.
No mystery, no pressure, no ‘let me check with my manager’. Five steps and a reasonable amount of coffee.
- 01
The coffee chat
Thirty minutes, zero pressure. You tell me your budget, your dealbreakers and your dream. I tell you what's realistic, and where.
- 02
The neighbourhood shortlist
I turn your wish list into three-ish neighbourhoods across the GTA, with commute times, school notes and the things Google Maps won't tell you.
- 03
The tours
We see homes in bunches so you can compare properly. I point out the good, the bad, and the ‘that's a load-bearing wall’.
- 04
The offer
Strategy, not panic. I explain every clause, run the comparables and negotiate like the money is mine.
- 05
The keys
Closing day, moving day, and a housewarming gift that isn't a fridge magnet. Then I'm still your person for the next one.
Landed, and loving it.
A few of the people who've found their branch.
We came from Dubai with a spreadsheet and zero clue. Ruta turned it into a plan, then into a house in Ajax with the lake at the end of the street.
She told us not to buy the first place we loved. She was right. The second one had a backyard and the price we actually wanted.
Downsizing felt like losing. Ruta made it feel like a lighter suitcase.

I’ve been the new bird in town, too.
I know the feeling of landing somewhere and trying to figure out which streets feel like yours. That’s basically my whole job now, except with better maps and a lot more open houses.
My practice is built around buyers: first homes, next homes, and people arriving from somewhere far away with big plans and a suitcase. I teach first, sell second, and I don’t do the hard-sell thing. It’s not my style and it’s not how good decisions get made.
More about meReady when you are.
And not pushy when you're not. Book a no-pressure buyer chat, or just email me your questions.
