Oakville is the GTA's postcard town: two harbours, a downtown that looks like a film set, and lakefront streets that stop conversations. It's also consistently the most expensive city outside Toronto — so we look carefully at Kerr Village, Glen Abbey and River Oaks for the (relatively) gentler entry points.
Bronte harbour at sunset makes people sign things. Kerr Village is where you find the gentler prices and, honestly, the best tacos.
